Concussion Training

All athletes participating in BLS Crew must complete the online concussion training once during each academic year by doing the video training and uploading the certification you will receive at the end of the training to the Forms Submission Portal as part of the registration process.

 

If this is the first time you are taking this concussion training, you will need to register on the site.

 

For each season, a deadline for submitting this form will be set as part of the registration process.
