Late Fall Indoor Ergometer Program

This program is designed for athletes who want to keep up on their rowing skills, and stay in shape in November - December. It's open for Novice and Varsity rowers who have participated in the Spring 2022 and/or Fall 2022 seasons.

Practice Schedule
​

  • This will be six one-week sessions, starting on Monday November 7th, and ending Thursday December 21st (no sessions Thanksgiving week). Sessions will be at BLS.

  • There will be 2 afternoon sessions each day:

    • 2:30pm-3:45pm this includes 15 mins setup

    • 3:45pm-5:00pm this includes 15 mins cleanup

  • Each session can seat 30 rowers. There will be one coach present for each session.

  • Rowers can signup in advance for up to 4 sessions per week. We do ask rowers to vary the time slot they sign up for so that all rowers have the opportunity to erg during the 2:30pm - 3:45pm time-slot. (Details on signup process to follow).

Registration and Payment Due Dates
​

  • Registration is due by Friday November 4th.

  • Forms (only applicable for rowers that did not participate in Fall 2022) are due by Monday November 7th.

  • Payment is due by Monday morning at 7:45am each week. To ease the administrative burden, it is preferred that you pay at the beginning of the late fall session.

Required Forms

​

If your rower has participated in Fall 2022, there is NO need for any further forms.

​

If your rower has only participated in Spring 2022, they will need to complete the following forms (which will be needed for Spring 2023 registration any way!) and upload them to the Form Submission Portal. 

​

  • Spring 2023 BLS Sports Clearance Form:  Sports Clearance forms can be obtained from the Nurses' office​.

  • Safety Pledge

  • Concussion Training Certificate: A concussion training certificate, obtained by watching this video training.

Fees & Financial Aid

  • Program Cost: $40.00 per week.

  • Payment Options: See Late Fall Payment

  • As always, financial aid is available. If you need a fee waiver to participate in this program, please send an email to registrar@blscrew.org.

  • Payment is due November 7th unless a financial aid or payment plan arrangement has been made.
