Returning Boys Summer Rowing

This program is open to all Novice and Varsity boys who have rowed at least one BLS full season. (If rowers from other programs are interested, please email registrar@blscrew.org.) The boys' summer program will run for eight weeks, and you can choose how many weeks you want to sign up for, with a minimum of two weeks. If you choose to participate in less than the full program, you can choose which weeks you would like to participate in - they do not have to be consecutive weeks.

Practice Times and Location

Schedule: Monday - Thursday: 6:00pm - 8:00pm (Tuesday-Friday week of July 4 holiday)

First week: July 6 - 9, 2021

Last week: August 23-26, 2021

Location: All practices at BLS Boathouse.

Registration and Payment Deadlines

  • Registration Deadline: Friday, June 25, 2021

  • Form Due Date: Friday, June 25, 2021

  • Payment Due Date: Friday, July 2, 2021

Required Forms

1. Medical Form:

 

If you rowed with BLS in Spring 2021 and the doctor's physical date on your BLS sports clearance was after July 2020, you do not need to submit a new form unless you have had an intervening illness or injury.

If you did not row with BLS in Spring 2021, you must submit a physician's school/camp form, dated after July 2020, scanned and emailed to registrar@blscrew.org. The form is due by Friday, June 25.

2. A signed Safety Pledge, scanned and emailed to registrar@blscrew.org.

Fees and Financial Aid

  • 2 weeks: $220 ($110/wk)

  • 3 weeks: $300 ($100/wk)

  • 4 weeks: $380 ($95/wk)

  • 5 weeks: $450 ($90/wk)

  • 6 weeks: $510 ($85/wk)

  • 7 weeks: $560 ($80/wk)

  • 8 weeks: $640 ($80/wk)

  • Payment is due Friday, June 25, unless a financial aid or payment plan arrangement has been made.
