What to Bring to Practice

Indoor Practice:

  • Running shoes

  • Socks

  • WATER BOTTLE - filled

  • Inhaler if necessary

  • Snack for before/after practice

Outdoor Practice: 

  • Running shoes and/or old sneakers and/or rain boots for around boathouse (when it rains the boathouse gets muddy)

  • Socks - recommended to bring a warm pair (wool) and a cheap pair that you don't mind throwing away

  • WATER BOTTLE - filled

  • Spandex or tight-fitting stretch pants or shorts

  • Long or short sleeve spandex/athletic top (layers for cold days - no cotton!)

  • Rain gear (we practice in the rain)

  • Hat (warm or sun, depending on conditions) and sunglasses (when the weather gets nicer)

  • Inhaler if necessary

  • Dry/clean clothes for after practice

  • Snack for before/after practice
