What to Bring to Practice
Indoor Practice:
-
Running shoes

Socks
-
WATER BOTTLE - filled
-
Inhaler if necessary
-
Snack for before/after practice
Outdoor Practice:
-
Running shoes and/or old sneakers and/or rain boots for around boathouse (when it rains the boathouse gets muddy)
-
Socks - recommended to bring a warm pair (wool) and a cheap pair that you don't mind throwing away
-
WATER BOTTLE - filled
-
Spandex or tight-fitting stretch pants or shorts
-
Long or short sleeve spandex/athletic top (layers for cold days - no cotton!)

Rain gear (we practice in the rain)
-
Hat (warm or sun, depending on conditions) and sunglasses (when the weather gets nicer)
-
Inhaler if necessary
-
Dry/clean clothes for after practice

Snack for before/after practice
