To register your rower for BLS Crew, you will need to:​

  1. Fill out a Registration Form

  2. Submit all Required Forms

  3. Pay Registration Fees

  • A parent or guardian must complete this registration form to consent to the waivers.

  • Although Winter Registration remains open, all forms must be submitted before the student is cleared for practice.

  • Please list on the form the email addresses of all parents who need to be included on the team’s listserv to receive important information. **BLS Crew distribution lists and (optional) carpool map are updated weekly.**

Payment is due upon registration, unless a payment plan or alternative arrangements have been made with the Registrar.
