HOW TO VOLUNTEER
Parent Volunteers are critical to the success and survival of our team. FOBLS Crew operates as an independent program, without financial support from Boston Public Schools.
Instead, our program relies entirely on parent volunteers and fundraising. Your involvement is critical; without volunteers, we cannot operate the program. Volunteering is also a great way to get to know our wonderful community!

Current Needs
Regattas Committee
Joining the Regattas Committee is a fun-filled way to support the team while cheering on your rower. We are asking for two families from every team to join. If interested, please email regattas@blscrew.org, or fill out the form below.
Gear Committee
Gear is looking for volunteers to help with ordering and distributing official team uniforms and merch. Please reach out to gear@blscrew.org if you would like to learn more.
Fundraising and Finances
When it comes to fundraising, the more the merrier: more ideas, more networking, more money. Please fill out the form below if you're interested in exploring additional fundraising strategies such as alumni events and/or sponsorships.
We're also looking for parents with a knack for budgeting, tracking, and organizing finances. Potential roles include assisting the Treasurer and helping with Payroll. Email treasurer@blscrew.org for more information.
Communications and Marketing
Recruitment is another area where we could definitely use some help! We want to make sure we share our team's accomplishments. Do you have social media skills? Are you a visual or digital artist? Do you have experience writing for newsletters? If so, let us know below or at vp@blscrew.org.
